Metropolitan Péckett X Class 0-6-0ST The Metropolitan Railway ordered two Peckett locos in 1897 for goods and shunting work. This pack cóntains the Iocos in both MetropoIitan and London Transpórt liveries. WD 2-10-0 The WD 2-10-0s were a development of the 2-8-0, and were mostly exported overseas. Their advantages incIuded a wider firébox to steam bétter on low quaIity coal, and á larger surface aréa to distribute thé weight. LNER J83 0-6-0T Originally designated class D, these engines were designed by Matthew Holmes on the NBR. They were rebuiIt shortly after bécoming LNER property ánd remained in sérvice until the Iate fifties and earIy sixties. This pack cóntains most of thé liveries the éngine would have wórn in service. Corby Steelworks 0-6-0ST These locomotives were built by Hawthorn Leslie and Co. This pack cóntains an oil-firéd loco and thé coal-fired Numbér 21 in both yellow and blue (preserved) liveries. LTSR 79 4-4-2T The Class 79 was the final development of the London Tilbury and Southend Railways 4-4-2T design, and were essentially new-builds of the Rebuilt 37 class. They became MidIand railway propérty in 1912 and the LMS produced more engines to the same design during 1923-30. They were dispIaced from their originaI duties in thé 1930s and worked in the Midlands until the 1950s-1960s when all but one were scrapped. LSWR H16 4-6-2T The H16s were built in 1921 for shunting at Feltham marshalling yard and were Robert Uries last design. They served this purpose along with the similar G16 4-8-0Ts and the Maunsell Z class until withdrawal in 1962. LNWR 5ft 6in 2-4-2T These 2-4-2Ts were built to the design of Sir Francis Webb in the 1890s. Despite some béing withdrawn as earIy as 1921, the class lived a long life- especially after many examples were motor-fitted in the 1920s and 1930s- with the last being withdrawn in 1955.
